Supply and Delivery
We aim to supply customers with their orders as efficiently as possible, that's why we ensure we have a huge stock of products that are normally available on a 48 hour despatch.
For new orders where products are not in stock we offer a prompt turnaround service from 2 - 20 working days depending on the product and quantity required from receipt of official order.
For bespoke products, the quotation normally takes 2 working days, depending on the complexity of the request. Despatch would then be anything from 10 - 20 working days from receipt of official order depending on the product and quantity required.
The majority of our products are on a 2 to 3 working day delivery period from date of despatch. Options for next day or same day delivery service are available at extra cost. Large products and products requiring specialist handling are usually on a 3 to 5 working day delivery period from date of despatch.
We package all our products carefully using high quality shrink wrap, cardboard and bubble wrap combinations depending on the product. Some products are sent on pallets for extra safety and cost savings.
